I used Routes Airport Parking for a weekend trip, and overall it was a easy experience. Booking only took a few minutes, and I got my confirmation email and receipt right away, which was nice to have handy. The lot was close enough to the airport, so getting there wasn’t a hassle. The shuttle was fine, but I did end up waiting longer than I expected when I got back. Not a bad option overall, just a couple little things that could be smoother

Parking itself was fine, but it kind of felt like one of those things that works when it wants to. For what they charge, I expected a smoother experience or at least something that felt worth the extra fees. It got the job done, but I wouldn’t say it was worth the price.

Parking was fine, honestly. No real issue there. But the luggage part... not great. We’d just gotten off a long flight, tired and all, and no one really stepped in to help with our bags. Ended up dragging everything ourselves, which got annoying fast.

I cancelled my booking, and honestly... getting the refund sorted was way more annoying than it needed to be!! I had to chase them up more than once, and the replies were so slow??? Definitely not worth the stress. I’ll be booking my parking somewhere else next time!!
